Yes — sort of. You can browse our categories and products online, then contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before visiting. All purchases and payments are completed in-store when you collect. We don't yet have an online checkout, but you can plan your full visit before arriving.
The fastest way is to WhatsApp us directly — our team will confirm whether a specific item or category is available at your nearest store. You can also call the specific store you plan to visit. We get new stock weekly, so if something isn't in this week, check back with us.
We accept cash, EFT/bank transfer, PayJustNow (Buy Now Pay Later — 3 zero-interest instalments), and card payments where POS facilities are available at a specific store. Ask the store team what's currently available at your location.

💳 PayJustNow — Buy Now, Pay Later
PayJustNow is a South African Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service that lets you split your purchase into 3 equal, zero-interest instalments. You pay one third upfront at the point of sale, one third after 30 days, and one third after 60 days — with no interest and no hidden fees.
Simply tell the store team you'd like to pay with PayJustNow. You'll need the PayJustNow app on your smartphone (download from Google Play or the App Store) and a valid South African ID and bank account. The store will guide you through the process at the till.
PayJustNow sets its own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may vary. Ask our in-store team or check the PayJustNow app and website (www.payjustnow.com) for current limits and eligibility requirements.
If your return is approved under our Returns Policy, the refund will be credited back to your PayJustNow account. Any outstanding instalments will be cancelled or reduced accordingly. For PayJustNow-specific refund queries, contact PayJustNow directly at www.payjustnow.com.

Yes — within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original receipt in hand. Defective items may be returned within 6 months in line with the Consumer Protection Act. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Yes, size and colour exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability. Bring the item in original condition with your receipt to any Time Series store. We recommend WhatsApping ahead to confirm the size you need is available.
Underwear, opened lingerie, used fragrances, earrings, and any item that's been washed, worn or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Sale/clearance items are also final sale unless defective. Full details in our Returns Policy.
